What is Carob?
Carob is technically a legume, rich in Fiber, B Vitamins, Vitamin E & Antioxidants. Some use it to improve digestive health, lower cholesterol, or just value it as a chocolate replacement. Carob powder is simply the pod ground up, you can likely find it in the bulk section at a health food store or order it online from a health food website like RawGuru
or another local website that ships to your place.
What are Jungle Peanuts
Jungle peanuts are non-toxic, as they are grown without the naturally occurring aflotoxins normally found in regular peanuts. Regular peanuts should be avoided all together if this is a concern for you. You can normally find Jungle peanuts at the health food store or order them online at RawGuru
. If you don’t have Raw Jungle Peanut Butter just use a raw almond butter or other seed butter of your choice, just note it will change the flavor a bit.
