What makes this a superfood smoothie?

Kiwis: Packed full of Vitamin C, Potassium and Enzymes, Kiwis are more then a beautiful green color and fun little seeds. Kiwi is also renown for its beautifying effects of the skin and is considered one of the most alkalizing fruits there are, suitable for diabetics due to its low glycemic levels.

Ancient Wisdom’s Reishi Spores: Reishi is known as the Mushroom of Immortality and the spores produced from the mushroom have been shown to be 70x as potent as a standard powdered extract. These spores are then cracked to be made digestible and bioactive and are a fundamental component of Ancient Wisdom.

Spinach: Low in calories and nutrient-dense, Spinach is a supermarket shocker designed to give you everything you need. Adding it to a smoothie really packs a punch and helps you take advantage of this rich source of iron, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Popeye was right, Spinach is the way to go.
