Oh my goddess! Have you ever tried Delicata Squash? It’s freaking fantastic! I can’t explain the flavor combo aside from saying it is like heaven in your mouth. If you enjoy fried foods like potatoes or onion rings, try these squash rings instead because wow do they hit the spot . Yay for Squashes!
PS – If you’re wondering, this is a cooked vegan recipe not a raw recipe and yes Caleb and I do eat some cooked veggies (mostly starches or steamed cruciferous greens). We are what you would call “High raw”. I went 100% raw for about 90 days when I was losing weight and healing chronic fatigue, then I eventually found an even more perfect balance for me, so don’t be afraid to do the same.
