3 Superfood Smoothie Bowls for a Clean Eating Diet

Ruby Red Superfood Bowl: 
1/2 cup raspberries and/or blackberries
1 tbsp. goji berries
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup oats + 2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp. honey optional

How to: Blend your oats, chia seeds, honey, almond milk and berries. Add your goji berries and seeds, drizzle with honey, top with more fresh berries to your liking and enjoy.

Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 frozen banana
1 kiwi (peel on or off)
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1-2 scoops Organifi Green Juice Powder (our favorite greens powder ever!)
1 cup coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water

How to: Blend your greens, fruit and milk. Top with more fresh banana, kiwi and coconut if desired. Enjoy!

Antioxidant Berry Breakfast Bowl:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
Half avocado
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 cups almond milk, coconut milk or water
1 tbsp. shredded almonds

How to:
Blend your berries, avocado, chia seeds and milk until smooth. Top with fresh fruit and shredded almond. Enjoy.
