Superfood Loaded and Dairy Free Pistachio Ice Cream, Yes Please!

A crowd favorite, Pistachio Ice Cream, now made raw, vegan and guilt free packing the rich flavors of pistachio, coconut, cinnamon and vanilla. Enjoy your ice cream and eat it too.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • ½ cup full-fat Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup of Pistachios
  • 1 cup Packed Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Goji Berries
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high till spinach is dissolved and ice is smooth.
  3. Store in the freezer.
