Wheatgrass comes from the young sprout of wheat kernels.
You just soak them and then let them sprout for a few days. When the shots are about 10 cm long you can cut them and juice them. Because wheatgrass juice is extracted from wheatgrass sprouts i.e. before the wheat seed begins to form, it is gluten-free.

To make it easier for you, you can even buy ready to sprout kits.
 The taste of wheatgrass is super strong so a tip is to mix it with coconut water or orange juice.
Start with 1 ounce a day till you get used to it and built up to 8 ounces a day.

If you don’t have a juicer you can go to your local health food store. Most juice bars these days offer wheat grass.
