Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread Smoothie

You’ve got zucchini to use and can only make so many zucchini noodles, muffins, and loaves before your family starts packing up their things and heading out the front door. We’ve got you covered with this chocolate chip zucchini bread smoothie. It’s breakfast and dessert all in one and will help you get the most out of your extra zucchini in no time flat.

Serves: 1


  • 1 cup almond milk (increase to 1 1/2 cup for a thinner smoothie)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt
  • Optional: top with vegan chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts
