Hibiscus Cinnamon Rose: A Beautiful Herbal Infusion for Tea Dates (Sparkling Elixir Option Included!)

The next time you and your girlfriends get together for a tea date, make your own herbal infusion of beautiful hibiscus, feminine pink roses and cinnamon! A goddessy concoction that delights the senses, promotes relaxation.

One part dried hibiscus flowers (for 1 litre, use 3-4 tbsp)
One part dried pink roses (for 1 litre, use 3-4 tbsp)
1-2 cinnamon sticks depending on the size of batch you’re making
Hot water
To sweeten: You can use honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia.

Instructions: In a temperature appropriate jar or tea pot combine your herbs and cinnamon, pour hot water overtop and let sit for 10 minutes. If you’d like this tea cold, let it sit until cool and pop it in the fridge. This infusion also tastes great over ice and sparkling water with a splash of maple syrup!
