What’s great about fall? Pumpkins are in season! I absolutely love everything about pumpkin and all the endless recipes you can make with it. While some fancy recipes might take a while to prepare, this delicious smoothie can be made in just a few minutes!
Yields: 1 serving
- 1 cup raw sugar pumpkin, cubed
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)
- 1 cup water or raw almond milk, more or less to reach the desired consistency
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Instructions: Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
