Apple Cumin Green Soup

A grounding, sweet & savory, light energizing green soup that’s perfect for days when you don’t have time to prepare meals, or are busy on the go. You can enjoy this soup at home, or jar it up and pack it with you in the car and enjoy it like a smoothie!

If you’re feeling put off by the light green color of your soup and wonder how on earth you could enjoy a soup that isn’t hot, I’ll admit it’s a much different experience than your classic Campbell’s in a can. That being said, different experiences can turn out to be a lot of fun and this soup just might surprise you with its delectable flavor. Plus, the clean up is nill to none – just chop, blend, rinse out your blender and you’re done!


  • 1.5 Cups Celery
  • 1/2 Ambrosia Apple
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Squeeze Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/4 Celery Salt
  • 1/8 Himalayan Salt
  • Pinch of Organic Black Pepper *optional

Instructions: Blend all ingredients together in your Vitamix or high-speed blender, garnish with herbs of your choice and enjoy! Can be chilled in the fridge or warmed in the Vitamix.
