Banana Bread Protein Smoothie

It’s too hot to bake but you reallllly want banana bread. I get it. Save a trip to your local bakery or coffee shop and skip the oven with this banana bread smoothie.


  • 1 cup almond milk (increase to 1 1/2 cup for a thinner smoothie)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp allspice, pinch (or two) of sea salt)
  • 1  serving Vega Sport Performance Protein Vanilla
  • Optional: top with more chopped walnuts
