Did you know that RAW food does not mean cold food. Raw foods can be room temperature and warmed up to 48 degrees – just don’t kill the life-giving enzymes! Here is the recipe for my ‘3C Soup’ with Carrot, Celery and Coriander – it’s souper!
3 stalks of celery
2 tbsps hemp seeds
1/4 to 1/2 of a big avocado
1/2 the juice of a fresh lemon
1-2 cups of water
Wakame or dulse flakes
Method: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Add water to desired consistency, more for a thin soup, less for a creamier soup. Season generously with coriander, dulse and tamari (go hard with these, they give so much flavor and nutrition!). Heat over stove top until just warm or, eat unheated!
