Want an ice cream without processed sugar and artificial flavoring? This yummy and refreshing ice cream is dairy and sugar-free and best of all, it is healthy! Your kids will absolutely love this recipe, especially on a hot summer day. Enjoy!
Makes approximately 4 servings
- 2 large frozen peeled bananas
- 1/3 cup of raw cashews
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- Juice of two limes
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Cashews will not become creamy as ice cream is meant to have little bits of cashews in it. Serve immediately.
