Yummy After School Snack: Peanut Butter & Jam Fruit Dip

In search of a new after school snack or mid-workday pick-me-up? This PB&J Dip is rich in both protein and greens and delicious as a dip for apples and bananas.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 serving Vega Protein & Greens Natural
  • ½ cup blended berries (e.g. blackberries, strawberries or raspberries)
  • Fruit for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt, peanut butter and protein and greens until well combined.
  2. Fold in jam. Don’t overmix, you want a swirl of the berry ‘jam’ in the peanut butter mix.
  3. Serve cold with fruit.
