  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 handful of Parsley
  • 1 thumb of Ginger (about 1 inch)
  • 1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water

Instructions: Core your apple, blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and enjoy.
