Boost Your Weight Loss Results with this Green Juice Recipe

Green Juice Recipe Sometimes making one small adjustment to your daily routine can make a world of difference for you when it comes to weight loss.

There are many elements that come into play if you’re trying to shed unwanted weight – emotional, spiritual, mental, stress, hormones etc. However, a lot of people are overweight simply because they aren’t sure how to eat healthfully, or they are eating what they think is healthy but sugars and bad fats and salt are hiding in their food.

By adding in one green juice per day, you’re giving your body a flood of nutrients it wouldn’t otherwise be getting in this has an impact on your cravings, your body’s ability to heal, and water retention as well.

Green Juice Recipe: 
Half or one small green apple
4 ribs celery
2 cups spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1-2 scoops Organifi *optional (our favorite green juice recipe!)

Prepare your vegetables by washing them first, run through your juicer and enjoy. You can store your juice for up to 1 day but fresh is best!
