1/2 cup coconut water or water
1 tbsp. vanilla bean
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
3-4 tbsp. hemp seeds
2 pears, sliced
4-5 medjool dates, sliced
