- 1 Leaf of Kale
- 1 Handful of Curly Parsley
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Cup of Cucumber
- 1/2 Lemon, Juice Only
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- 1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
- 1 Cup of Water or Coconut Water
Instructions: Wash your produce, core your apple and combine in the blender with 1 cup of coconut water or water and blend until smooth and enjoy.
