- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp green powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp of peppermint extract
- 1 scoop of Ancient Wisdom superfood
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of ice
Instructions: Simply combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until hemp seeds are dissolved and ice is blended. Serve cold.
