Raw Vegan Pizza on Portobello Crust

2 organic red pepper diced
1 organic green pepper diced
1 purple onion diced
1/8th of a pineapple sliced
Raw Pizza Sauce Recipe:

Equipment: Vitamix or highpowered blender

2 cups sundried tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 pinch of pink himilayan salt
10 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup purple onion

Instructions: Blend on medium speed until you get a chunky consistency!

For cheese I made the chipotle cheddar cheese and substituted the macadamia nuts for walnuts! See recipe here:

Chipotle Cheddar Cheese:

6 organic sundried tomatoes (soaked or in organic olive oil)

1 cup raw walnuts nuts
1 tspn pink himilayan salt
1 tspn chipotle seasoning
5 sundried tomatoes
1/3 cup water

Instructions: Place all ingredients in your Vitamix or high powered blender and start on low. Gradually increase speed to high. User your Vitamix tool to constantly mix the cheese until the mixture is very smooth and warm. Pour over cheese cloth, gently squeeze the mixture through and you’re done!

I dehydrated these for about 30 minutes to make them nice and warm yet still raw and full of life. Enjoy!
