I have some exciting news for you today…

Did you know that you can experience more energy and vitality by making one small change to your diet? This is as simple as adding one fresh vegetable juice to your routine every single day.

To help you make this one small change as seamless as possible, I am happy to announce that our brand new 14 Day Juice Challenge app is now live in the Apple store! In fact, with the launch of our new app only 2 days ago, we have already hit #1 in the Food & Drink category in both the US and Canada!

Our team is so excited to share our favourite recipes with you that we have filled this app to the brim, full of delicious juice recipes for weight loss, detox and inflammation. This app will take you through 14 days of having at least one veggie juice per day.

If you don’t have an apple device, don’t worry we haven’t forgotten about you! We’re hard at work right now putting together something special just for you, so stay tuned as your version is coming soon…

In the mean time, here’s a sneak peak at one of the amazing juices featured in our 14 Day Juice Challenge to get your taste buds tickled, tantalized and ready to rawk this challenge with us!

Liver Flush & Cleanse Juice

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ head romaine lettuce
  • 1-inch piece ginger root
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 lime

Directions: Remove the rind from your lime. Run all ingredients through your juicer. Enjoy.
