Creamy Cranberry Broccolini Salad

Organic Salad of the week! Low Fat, Raw Vegan: loaded with protein, vitamins and minerals that will leave you feeling energized and give you a glowing complexion. This one’s easy, if you want, mix up extra and keep in the fridge for later.

Caleb and I have been reducing our fat intake and adding fruit into our life big time and so far it’s feeling amazing, I highly recommend you try this salad if you’re looking for new and fun recipes to throw together on lazy days that still taste yum!

Recipe:

1/2 head red leaf lettuce
1 cup pea sprouts
2 cups of broccolini chopped
1 juicy mango diced
1 avocodo
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions: Mix until creamy and serve ♥

Raw Tip of the day: When you’re living a raw food lifestyle, it’s easy to under eat because you’re getting so much nutrition. Remember to get enough calories! Eat more, and when you’re doing liquid lunches – make a big salad for dinner.
