6-8 cups of Kale
1.5 tbsp Local Organic Sustainable Honey (from the island we live on)
2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Fresh Sliced & cubedAnjou Pear
Instructions: Rinse and chop your kale, you can leave the stems out. Mix in the mashed avocado and honey. Massage the kale for 3 minutes and let it sit for a few minutes so the kale becomes softer. Cut a few slices of the anjou pear for garnish and set aside. Chop the rest of your pear into cubes and mix into the salad with your hemp seeds. Garnish with the pear slices and serve.
