The raw breakfast cereals you buy at the store can get really pricy. We decided to make our own version of the famous chia seed cereals on the shelves. This batch tasted great and literally took 2 minutes. Perfect for the morning! Chia seeds are also high in protein, fibre, and anti oxidants. Here’s the recipe: 4-5 tbsp of black or white chia seed, small handfull of organic dried mixed berries and / or raisins, pinch or two of real organic cinnamon, coconut milk. Let sit for a minute and your done!

4-5 tbsp Black Chia Seeds
4-5 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Handful of dried Organic Berries and / or Raisins
Pinch or two of real Organic Cinnamon
Coconut Milk
