How you start your morning sets the foundation and tone for the rest of your day. Kick start your routine by having 2 glasses of fresh water and whipping up this blue beauty smoothie for breakfast, rich in plant-based protein and healthy fats to sustain your energy until your next meal.
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup gluten free oats, soaked and rinsed (optional, can be omitted)
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 cups coconut, almond or hemp milk
Instructions: Soak your oats in fresh water overnight, or for 20 minutes in the morning. Rinse, and add to blender with all other ingredients, blend until smooth and enjoy.
