- 1 pear
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 cups coconut water or cashew milk
- Pinch of all spice or cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions: Slice your pear removing the core, and blend together until smooth. Enjoy!
