Load your body up with phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals and of course water by eating fresh whole foods each day. Don’t be afraid to try new things, variety is wonderful for your health and also trains your brain to associate pleasure and enjoyment with your new healthy choices.
- 3 Cups of Arugula
- 1 Cup of Mixed Greens
- 1/2 Fresh Mango, Sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, Sliced
- Sprinkle of Walnuts
- Sprinkle of Dried Coconut
Instructions: Sliced your mango and avocado and place overtop of your greens and garnish with walnuts and coconut. For a dressing, you can squeeze fresh lime juice, or a drizzle of oil free balsamic.
