Raw Vegan Protein Bowl Equipment: 
knife, cutting board, blender
Ingredients 
  • Broccoli tops
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Purple cabbage, diced or shredded
  • Peas
  • Sunflower sprouts
  • Sundried tomatoes, soaked and diced

Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Chickpea Miso
  • 1tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 warm water
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seed
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Sea Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Prep your veggies and toss together into salad bowls.
  2. Make the dressing and pour on top of each bowl.
