Ingredients
- Broccoli tops
- Carrots, shredded
- Purple cabbage, diced or shredded
- Peas
- Sunflower sprouts
- Sundried tomatoes, soaked and diced
Dressing:
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 1 tbsp Chickpea Miso
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 warm water
- 1 tsp Sesame Seed
- Dash of Pepper
- Sea Salt to taste
Directions:
- Prep your veggies and toss together into salad bowls.
- Make the dressing and pour on top of each bowl.
