Caleb is one of those “BBQ Freaks”. He puts BBQ sauce on anything and everything, so it’s pretty important that we have healthy sauces available. We’re always experimenting with BBQ sauces and trying to get that smokey flavour without liquid smoke. So far, this one takes the cake for the closest to a smokey bbq sauce. It tasted even better the next day after having some time to set in the fridge. As long as you store it in a sealed jar, it should keep for at least 2 weeks.

Almost Vegan Healthy BBQ Sauce Recipe:

2 cups Sundried tomatoes
2-3 tbsp Cold pressed virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Gluten free worschester
2 tbsp Gluten free tamari
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Onion powder
4 tbsp Raw honey
1/2 tbsp Chipotle spice
1/2 tsp Pink himalayan salt
20 turns of Cracked pepper

Add enough water to reach the desired consistency of your BBQ Sauce.
