Spirulina Superfood Guacamole

Spirulina Guacamole

Avocado is one of the most nourishing foods you can eat. It is a complete protein, loaded with healthy fats and fibre, and it tastes amazing. If you are looking to add more avocado to your life, this is a great recipe to try out! Use it as salad dressing, dip for veggies or even just eat it with a spoon! (We wont tell anyone, we promise)

Quick and Easy Guacamole

  • 2 medium to large avocados
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small to medium tomato
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions: Chop or mash all ingredients by hand or in a food processor until you reach your desired consistency.  Dip raw or baked crackers, chips, or fresh veggies in this guacamole, or use it to add some extra flavor to a salad or sandwich.
