It’s easy to pack a ton of nutrition into a smoothie and drink it up. This also gives us no excuse for skipping breakfast! You can whip up this nourishing juicy green smoothie in no time and head out the door to work. It will provide you with lasting energy, help balance blood sugar and fuel your brain for the work day a head.
I love adding avocado to my smoothies because it gives the smoothie a luscious and creamy texture. Plus, it’s loaded with potassium, Vitamin E and monounsaturated fats. All brain fueling and energy producing nutrients!
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 clementine (or half a large orange)
- 3 strawberries (leaves left on)
- Large handful of kale
- 1 cup spring water
- 1 cup coconut water
Optional ingredients: Cinnamon, ground vanilla, plant-based protein powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds.
Directions: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
